Seventh-grader Travis Hauger catches some air Sunday afternoon at Moffat County High School. Hauger and some friends and family were taking advantage of the first big snow in Craig leaving several inches on the ground.
Ty jumps to catch a Frisbee thrown by owner Liz as part of a flying disc throwing clinic Saturday afternoon at Loudy-Simpson Park. The clinic was meant to teach owners the art of disc throwing and dogs to catch. Dr. Russell Blackhurst's stop at his sister's place in Steamboat Springs to say hello turned into more than a brief stay. It turned into a new home for Blackhurst and his wife. The couple lives on a ranch in between Steamboat Springs and Craig, and Blackhurst works at Bears Ears Dental Group in Craig, and helps at the Northwest Colorado Dental Coalition.
