In this August 2006 photo, Tim Ingalls stands with his mother, Pat, at their Hayden home. The Hayden community rallied around Ingalls last year, supporting him with funds for medical care. Ingalls died at home last weekend. His memorial service is Saturday.
The annual Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club Ski and Sport Swap is at 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Steamboat Springs Middle School. Both new and used equipment and hard and soft goods will be offered for sale.

Mike McNicol runs through Woodbury Park during cross-county practice Thursday afternoon. McNicol said all of the hard work put in by the Bulldogs should pay off Saturday at the regional meet in Delta.
Alicia Nelson runs during cross-county practice Thursday. Nelson is going for a personal record at the regional meet Saturday in Delta.
Haddan rests at the beginning of the therapy session. His leg is wrapped and he is hooked to a machine that relaxes the muscle around the injury. Therapy sessions last about an hour, and progress is measured with each exercise.
