Voter turnout in Moffat County elections
Daniela Flores, a fourth-grader at Ridgeview Elementary School, jumps out of the water during a swim program Wednesday morning at Moffat County High School. Every district elementary school has 25 minutes each morning during a two-week period to learn swimming and water safety.
