Craig Fire/Rescue crews battled a hay and grass fire that threatened two homes on Moffat County Road 209 on Monday afternoon. Moffat County Sheriff's Office deputies believe the blaze ignited when a tractor cutting hay struck a rock. The fire consumed about five acres before it was extinguished.
