Harris Sherman, executive director of the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, addresses the crowd of about 200 attendees Wednesday evening at the dedication of Elkhead Dam. "This represents a win-win situation for the community," Sherman said. Yampa Valley Boys provided musical entertainment, and the Craig Kiwanis Club hosted a fundraising dinner.
