Craig Intermediate School fifth-grader Sam Parker sets up for a shot in a playoff against Joseph Camilletti, also a fifth-grader, in the Elks Lodge youth Hoop Shoot on Saturday morning at CIS. The pair scored the same number of points their first go and had to shoot another five to determine who would win the top spot in the 10- to 11-year-old age category. Parker won, advancing him to Rifle for the district challenge.
