Dressed in a black jacket with flames on the side and slicked black hair, Retro Bill attempts to live up to his name. He tells personal stories to empower youths with messages about self-esteem and living a drug- and violence-free life. Using props and making funny faces, he had the auditorium full of students at Craig Middle School laughing and listening Wednesday afternoon.
