Chris Winder is back from playing in 70 games with Arapahoe Longball in Denver, leading the team in batting with a .550 average. Winder is now a senior and will be finishing up his final season with the Bulldogs before moving on to college.

Eating on a budget of $5 a day and staying health conscious may seem daunting, but Elisa Shackelton would like to remind you that it's not as hard as it seems. The Eating Well on $5 a Day program, sponsored by the CSU/Moffat County Extension Office, teaches basic nutrition and shopping principles.
