Nathan Hicks, manager of Custom Tree Service, inspects a fallen tree on the 700 block of Barclay on Wednesday afternoon. Hicks was called out after a wind storm blew two trees on top of the house rented by St. Mark's preschool teacher Rosemary Crosthwaite and owned by Denise Williams. Wind gusts reached up to 40 mph at 2:53 p.m. Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
