February 8, 2012
Katherine Eileen Good was born June 20, 1943, at home in Greeley to Ralph and Esther Graff, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Bob Good, of Baggs, Wyo.; brothers Jim (June) Graff, of Baggs, Wyo., Doug (Sidney) and Mike (Jane), of Greeley; and many nieces and nephews.
Kathy grew up living in several different farming communities in the Greeley area. She attended several country schools and graduated from Evans High School in 1961.
After graduation, Kathy had several jobs, one working at Wright-McGill producing fishing equipment.
Kathy married Bob Good on Sept. 13, 1985. They moved to Baggs in August 2000 after Kathy retired from the University of Colorado, where she worked in food service for 20 years, retiring as a manager.
Since moving to Baggs, Kathy attended the Snake River Community Church.
Kathy really enjoyed the Valley Artisans. She loved getting together with her artisan friends. She worked at the Visitors Center since its beginning five years ago.
Kathy was vice-president of the Friends of the Library. Kathy spent many hours reading, especially the last few years since her health began to fail.
“Good” was a perfect name for Kathy. She was good through and through. Everyone enjoyed her warm hugs and beautiful smile.
