Drew Balleck

Drew Patrick Balleck was born Sept. 18, 1951, in Craig, the son of Andrew and Jane (Pritchett) Balleck. 
He was raised and attended school in Craig, graduating from Moffat County High School in 1980.
Drew then attended Colorado State University and received a degree in journalism.
Drew lived in Salt Lake City for a couple of years, but spent most of his life in Craig.
He worked for the Craig Daily Press in advertising sales, then worked in the business of concrete construction.
Drew was active in the Boomtown Players in the 1980s and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and playing poker. Most recently, he had been writing a book.
Drew died at his home in Craig. He was 59. He will greatly missed by many.
He is survived by his, sister Judy (Chris) Brown, of Craig; brother Barry and his wife, Deana Balleck, of Statesboro, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Jane Balleck, sister Brenda and brother Daniel.
