Mrs. Delia Eisenhauer, born Jan. 3, 1928 in White Deer, Penn., regretfully but lovingly went to see our Lord Jehovah at 11:45 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2012.
Our mother was and is loved by many people, including family and many friends.
Delia and Ike moved to Craig in 1959. They worked and established many loving and working relationships between many residences in Northwest Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her husband, “Ike,” of Craig; her sister, Alice, of Pennsylvania; her granddaughter, Tammy Joy Meckley, of Craig; and her daughter-in-law, Sharon Meckley, of Craig.
This fine woman will be sorely missed by all of her children: Robert Meckley, of Craig; Charles Eisenhauer, of Murray, Utah; Kelly Patterson, of Greenville, Penn.; Charlotte Goodwin, of Milten, Penn.; Joyce Clements, of Craig; Mary Checketts “Eisenhauer,” of Craig; Sharon Gilford, of Lakeland, Fla.; Delia Cass, of Bakersfield, Calif.; and Elwood Eisenhauer, of Craig.
She is lovingly remembered by her 24 grandchildren and by her 11 great grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and many friends, along with her church family, the Jehovah Witnesses, who have loved her and guided her for many years.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, at Grant Mortuary, 621 Yampa Ave. in Craig.
