Remember me with laughter not tears.
Remember me with a smile not a frown.
Remember me when you are lonely or down.
You are in my heart, even though we are apart.
Be comforted, the sun shines on you by day,
And the moon and the stars reflect their light on you by night.
Remember you are loved.

It has been 10 years since my father passed away, and though my life has changed since then, one thing has remained the same — I still think of my father every day. I enjoyed the memories I had the opportunity to build with him. I just wish I could have had more.
— Your son, Jesse,
During the past 10 years, Doug and I have been blessed with three beautiful girls: Tess, 8, Samantha, 4, and Mary, 4. We have shared many of our memories of Rick with the girls and continue to hold him close to our hearts.

It is hard to believe that is has been 10 years since we lost our dad. His first grandchild, Tane, has turned 10. She loves all the activities and sports you can do outdoors. On Dec. 3, 2002, his second grandchild was born, Tressa. She loves her dance class and dolls, and she wants to be a cheerleader. Ryan and I have been together 15 years and married 10. We have a wonderful family, and I know you would have been proud. You are always in our thoughts and will never be forgotten. We love you Dad and Grandpa.

and Ryan Otis and family
My dad inspired me to dream, achieve and succeed. I have since relocated to Los Angeles after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Western State College. I currently work as a set decorator for television and film with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. I love and miss you, Dad.
— Your son, Joshua
So much has changed in the last 10 years. Rick’s grandson, Deimen, is almost 13. He is involved in sports, scouts and loves school. His goal is to attend the Air Force Academy. His granddaughter, Kyrie, is 5 years old and is all girl. She is anxiously waiting to go to school. I have completed cosmetology school in Grand Junction. I know you would be proud of all I have accomplished. We love you, and you are in our thoughts every day.
— Your stepdaughter, Jessica, and family
During the past 10 years, life has moved on. Five more grandchildren and Jesse and Rachel have one on the way. Life is great with all the grandchildren living close. We would like to express our gratitude to all for their support, cards, flowers, food, prayers and generosity during our time of loss.
God bless you all.
