Jack L. Brooks, 55, of Blackfoot, Idaho, and formerly of Craig, died April 19, 2009, in a vehicle accident in Blackfoot.

Brooks was born Aug. 4, 1953 to Jack and Mildred (Forbes) Brooks. He searved in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise, and he later became a radiological engineer.
He is survived by his mother, Mildred Brooks; sisters Sharon Vance and Vickie Brooks; son Mason C. Brooks; and a grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Brooks.
