Wilma L. Daniels 1923 - 2007
Wilma "Willi" L. Daniels of Craig died Aug. 29, 2007, of a stroke. She was 84.
Daniels was born April 1, 1923, in Los Angeles to Alberta Beck and Andrew Clarke. She married Mel Brower, who she later divorced. She then married Dave Daniels.
She served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II, and was a member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints, going on three full-time missions.
Daniels is survived by her daughters, Kim and her husband Ron Schnackenberg, Kyla and her husband Dutch Waterman, and Melanie and her husband Ben Ashby; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Daniels was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her sister, Cleo Galloway.
A funeral service took place Aug. 31, 2007, at the LDS Church in Steamboat Springs. She was buried in the Steamboat Springs Cemetery.
