Herbert Shears

Funeral services for Herbert Franklin Shears of Baggs, Wyo., will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Snake River Community Church in Baggs. Interment will follow in the Baggs Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10 a.m. until service time.
