Friday, July 5

Julia Elizabeth Reynolds, 49, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, child abuse and failing to stay in a single lane.

Spencer Vavak, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant for distribution of a Schedule 2 controlled substance.



Brian Anthony Ghirardelli, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Brandon David Coutts, 38, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Rodney Warren Crabtree, 48, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sunday, July 7

Colton Lee Doolin, 24, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Monday, July 8

Elwin Van Rasmussen III, 35, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Colin Kelly Nielson, 50, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

1:32 a.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Legion Street for a DUI. A female party was arrested for DUI and child abuse and taken to Moffat County Jail.

12:02 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of School Street for a report of found property. Property found on top of Sandrock Elementary was turned in to officers.

12:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a traffic accident. A male party was arrested for DUI and issued a summons.

11:12 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of West Fourth Street and Breeze Street for a traffic stop. A female party was written a citation for driving under denial and issued a summons.

Saturday, July 6

10:25 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 600 block of Hockett Drive and issued a warning to the owners.

10:34 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 2100 block of Jeffcoat Drive and issued a warning to the owners.

1:30 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1500 block of Heather Street and issued a warning to the owners.

1:41 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1600 block of Heather Street and issued a warning to the owners.

1:50 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 1200 block of Taylor Street and issued a warning to the owners.

3:48 p.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 3700 block of Westridge Court and issued a warning to the owners.

8:27 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of School Street for a report of domestic violence. A female party was taken to Moffat County Jail.

11:29 p.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Green Street and West Victory Way and arrested a male party for violation of probation. He was taken to Moffat County Jail.

Sunday, July 7

1:21 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue and arrested a male party for violation of a restraining order. He was taken to Moffat County Jail.

1:49 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of West Victory Way for a report of DUI. A male party was arrested for DUI and taken to Moffat County Jail.

2:55 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a report of trespassing. A male party had trespassed at a business.

3:20 p.m. Deputies responded to the 500 block of Plateosaurus Place for a report of a disturbance.

11:11 p.m. Deputies responded to the 900 block of Sequoia Avenue for an agency assist.

Sunday, July 7

4:36 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Dinosaur National Monument for a report of theft.

Monday, July 8

4:30 p.m. Deputies responded to the 200 block of West Victory Way to serve a warrant.

5:29 p.m. Deputies responded to Dinosaur for a report of domestic violence.

Friday, July 5

1:24 p.m. Craig Fire/Rescue responded to the 1000 block of West Victory Way for a vehicle crash.

Sunday, July 7

6:31 a.m. Craig Fire/Rescue responded to Moffat County Road Seven for a wildland fire. A small tree and the ground around the tree were smoldering.
