Friday, Feb. 22

Terry Dean Tomey, 52, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.



Saturday, Feb. 23

Casey John Kilpatrick, 30, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, harassment, child abuse, false imprisonment and obstruction of telephone or telegraph service.



Sean Anthony Strong, of Jordan, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving while ability impaired and improper method of turning.

Wyatt Allen Decker, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, obstruction of a telephone or telegraph service, criminal mischief and child abuse.


Sunday, Feb. 25

Steven Michael Regalado, 26, of Greeley, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Charles M. Miller, 57, a transient, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Friday, Feb. 22

10:45 a.m. Code enforcement officers responded to the 500 block of Steele Street and issued a warning to the property owners that all vehicles must have current registration and be road worthy, or be removed from public view.

Saturday, Feb. 23

10:44 a.m. Officers issued a summons to a woman at the intersection of East Seventh and Legion streets for failure to stop at a stop sign. The woman’s failure to observe the stop sign resulted in a traffic crash.

11:14 a.m. Officers responded to the Walmart parking lot for a report of a white Ford pickup that was egged while the owner was inside shopping. The truck was reportedly parked in a handicap parking spot near the front of the store.

1:25 p.m. Officers responded to a report of theft at the Moffat County Visitors Center in Centennial Mall. A set of antlers was reportedly stolen from the center. The facility was locked at the time of the incident and there were no signs of forced entry, police records state.

4:57 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 of West Victory Way for a report of a man who stole a hard copy of a doctor’s prescription note after the prescription had been filled at Walgreens.

5:38 p.m. Officers responded to Kmart for a report of shoplifting. Officers are reviewing surveillance video.

5:53 p.m. Officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 1000 block of East 11th Street. A man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and issued summonses for criminal mischief, child abuse, obstruction of telephone service and third-degree assault.

7:15 p.m. Officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 800 block of Russell Street. A man was arrested for domestic violence and issued summonses for harassment, false imprisonment, child abuse and obstruction of telephone service.

Monday, Feb. 25

7:34 a.m. Officers responded to the intersection of Industrial Avenue and Mack Lane for a report of found property. Officers located a purple bicycle with an attached water bottle.

10:22 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Finley Lane for a report of two men fighting. The men were separated when officers arrived.

3:48 p.m. Officers helped Moffat County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the 62000 block of West U.S. Highway 40 for a report of domestic violence.

4:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 1200 block of Legion Street for a report of a woman receiving harassing phone calls.

6:48 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a car theft in the 700 block of Ranney Street.

Monday, Feb. 25

5:51 a.m. Firefighters responded to a false alarm on Moffat County Road 30 near mile marker 2.
