Tuesday, Feb. 19

Jennifer Helen Collier, 21, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault, obstructing a peace officer, criminal mischief, and harassment.



Bobby John Kalar, 37, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

Joe Dean Flores, 35, of Dinosaur, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.



Thursday, Feb. 21

David Andrew Steiger, 27, of Grand Junction, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of third-degree assault, criminal mischief, harassment and domestic violence.

Tuesday, Feb. 19

5:21 p.m. Officers responded to a harassment call in the 2400 block of West Victory Way. A man was reportedly loitering at his ex-wife’s workplace and became angry when he saw her on the phone. The man left and was last seen wearing a black hoodie.

5:45 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a drug violation in the 900 block of Ranney Street. A woman reported that her daughter stole some items. Upon looking in the daughter’s purse, officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday, Feb. 20

9:17 a.m. Officers helped the Moffat County Sheriff’s Office in the 900 block of Sequoia with a youth who was reportedly out of control. Alcohol is suspected to be a contributing factor in the youth’s behavior.

1:26 p.m. Officers issued a summons to a motorist at the intersection of Ninth and Rose streets.

6:42 p.m. Officers arrested a woman in the 500 block of Finley Lane on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, driving under restraint, child abuse and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

9:21 p.m. Officers arrested a woman in the 700 block of East Victory Way on suspicion of domestic violence.

Tuesday, Feb. 19

3:39 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of property damage in the 400 block of School Street.

4:55 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of theft on U.S. Highway 40 near milepost 97. A man stole some family pictures from the home of his daughter. The pictures were later returned.

5 p.m. Deputies served a warrant in the 300 block of Triceratops in Dinosaur.

10:40 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence in the 900 block of Sequoia and arrested a man on suspicion of harassment, third-degree assault, and criminal mischief.

Wednesday, Feb. 20

10:25 a.m. Firefighters responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street to help an ambulance crew from The Memorial Hospital in Craig.
