NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT TAPP Investments, applicants, have submitted an Application for Exemption from Subdivision Regulations located at Section 20 and 21, T12N, R92W of the 6th P.M., Moffat County Colorado.
The Moffat County Planning Commission and the Moffat County Commissioners would appreciate any comments that you may have that would help them make a more informed decision. A public hearing will be held before the Moffat County Planning Commission on April 5, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in the Craig City Council Chambers located at 300 West 4th Street, Craig Colorado.
A public hearing will be held before the Moffat County Commissioners on April 19, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Conference Room located on the main floor, east end of the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado. The application is available for public inspection in the Planning Department during normal business hours. Exemption Regulations can be found on-line at http://www.colorado.gov/moffatcounty under the Planning Department.
