Senior spotlight for March 21, 2011
March 21, 2011
Exercise has always been around, it's just that now it's more evident with advertisements in magazines, television, pamphlets, etc.
I was recently reading one on isometric crunches.
Sure, Mac, I said to myself. Do five sets of 10 crunches.
Well now, the more I read, the more I said I can't get this done, I wouldn't be able to get up from the floor.
Do five sets of 10? No way, Jose.
I walk, eat less and hold my tummy in. I won't munch as much, and crunch at all.
