Scholarship opportunity for non-traditional students

— The Daniels Fund has announced a scholarship opportunity for non-traditional students seeking admission to select two- and four-year colleges in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

The Boundless Opportunity Scholarship fund has $600,000 to award to non-traditional students who demonstrate financial need. Each college or university may focus on particular populations from a program list that includes adult learners, GED recipients, foster care children, juvenile justice children, returning military members and individuals pursuing EMT/paramedic training.

Colleges and universities in Colorado that receiving the scholarship funding include Colorado State University – Global Campus; Community College of Denver; Fort Lewis College; Lamar Community College; Metropolitan State University of Denver; Portmont College at Mount St. Mary’s; Regis University; University of Colorado Boulder and University of Colorado Colorado Springs; University of Denver and University of Denver Women’s College; and Western State Colorado University.
