In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of theft from a vehicle. Several items were stolen from the vehicle and a pair of eyeglasses was damaged.

In the 1400 block of Sage Street, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person. A man was issued a trespass notice from the property.

In the 300 block of Ranney Street, code enforcement responded to a report of two found bicycles.

In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, officers observed a male juvenile smoking a cigarette as he was pushing his bicycle. He was issued a summons for having tobacco as a minor.

At Stout Street and Sixth Street, officers observed a woman driving a vehicle with five unrestrained children. She was issued a summons for failing to use an approved child restraint system.

In the 500 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of a broken window. Upon further investigation, there were obvious signs someone had unlawfully entered the property. The investigation is ongoing.

In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of found property.

In the 600 block of Rose Street, officers responded to a disturbance in progress. A man was arrested on charges of assault in the third degree, domestic violence, obstruction of a telephone and child abuse.

At Highway 13 and West Third Street, officers assisted Moffat County Sheriff's Office with a vehicle search.

At West Victory Way and Ledford Street, officers assisted Colorado State Patrol with roadside interpretations.

In the 200 block of South Highway 13, officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving several individuals. It was determined no criminal charges would be filed.

In the 700 block of Tucker Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. No criminal charges were filed.

In the 2400 block of West Third Street, officers responded to a report of suspicious person near a broken window. A man was contacted and arrested for first-degree criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.

In the 800 block of Marland Avenue, officers responded to a report of a theft of a bicycle. In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a theft. A woman was issued a summons for theft.

Near the 96000 block of East Highway 40, officers responded to a Report Every Dangerous/Drunk Driver report but found no signs of intoxication.

In the 600 block of Tucker Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. No criminal charges were filed.

At First Street and Doyan Avenue, officers contacted a man and issued him a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle.

In the 1300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of found property.
