Saturday, March 7

Jeffrey W. Block, 46, of Colorado Springs, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Eric Jeffrey Burley, 41, of Craig, was arrested for suspicion of driving a motor vehicle under the influence and illegal turning movements.

Monday, March 9

Tammy Lynn Green, 54, of Craig, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court and failure to comply.

Friday, March 6

At 8:53 a.m. in the 600 block of Westridge Road, officers responded to a report of an assault. No charges were filed.

At 2 p.m. in the 600 block of West Victory Way, Animal Control responded to a report of a dog bite. The 10-day home quarantine process was explained to the dog's owner.

At 6:13 p.m., in the 500 block of First Avenue West, officers responded to a request to have a party trespassed from an apartment due to harassment issues. The male party was issued a trespass notice for the period of one year.

Saturday, March 7

At 12:55 a.m. in the 500 block of First Avenue West, officers responded to a report of a lost cell phone.

At 8:31 a.m. in the 700 block of East Victory Way, officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary. A steel door had been kicked several times breaking the frame, but the deadbolt was not defeated. The investigation continues. It was not confirmed if the deadbolt was taken in for questioning after its ordeal.

At 11:11 a.m. in the 600 block of Legion Street, officers responded to a report of license plates stolen from a vehicle.

At 12:58 p.m. in the 500 block of Ranney Street, officers observed a tractor trailer blocking the roadway. The adult male driver was contacted and later arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant out of El Paso County.

Sunday, March 8

At 3:07 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Moffat County Road 7, officers observed a pickup truck fail to signal prior to making a turn. The adult male was contacted and later arrested for driving a motor vehicle under the influence, illegal turning movements, ignoring required signals and driving under restraint.

Monday, March 9

In the 2100 block of Crockett Drive, Code Enforcement spoke to an owner about junk on the property.

In the 500 block of Pershing Street, a male party was issued a citation during a traffic stop for driving under suspension.

In the 500 block of East Third Street, a female was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.

In the 800 block of West First Street, a male party was booked into Moffat County Jail on a warrant.
