Gary Lyle Harvey, 38, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.



Monday, Feb. 3

Cody Jon Chase, 25, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, third-degree assault, possession of weapons, false imprisonment, harassment, child abuse and obstruction of telephone or telegraph service.



Reno William Ager, 51, of Yampa, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Summer Rose Hitz, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Nathan Andrew Hicks, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence, criminal mischief, violating a restraining order, third-degree assault, second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Trevor James Sloan, 28, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a court order.

Thomas Donald Mathers, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment, domestic violence and child abuse.

Saturday, Feb. 1

11:13 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way for a report of theft. A male party was issued a summons for shoplifting.

7:09 p.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Sixth Street for a report of domestic violence. Officers were unable to contact the male party and charges are pending.

Sunday, Feb. 2

12:06 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of East Fourth Street for a report of domestic violence. A female party was issued a summons for obstruction of police. Officers were unable to find the male party, and the investigation continues.

10:15 a.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of Washington Street for a report of domestic violence. Officers were unable to find a male party, and the investigation continues.

6:20 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Tucker Street for a report of domestic violence. A male party was arrested and charged with harassment and child abuse.

11:52 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Yampa Avenue for a report of criminal mischief. Damage had been done to a window, and officers took a report.

Monday, Feb. 3

10:47 a.m. Officers responded to the 1100 block of West Victory Way for a report of vandalism. A window had been broken, and a report was taken.

11:20 a.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of East Fourth Street for a report of domestic violence.

1:24 p.m. Officers responded to the 300 block of West Fourth Street for a report of property damage.

3:27 p.m. Officers responded to the 500 block of West Victory Way for a report of found property.

10:37 p.m. Officers responded to the 600 block of Wickes Avenue for a report of a disturbance in progress.

Thursday, Jan. 30

11:01 p.m. Deputies responded to the 800 block of West First Street for an arrest on a warrant.

Saturday, Feb. 1

7:54 p.m. Deputies responded to the intersection of Fourth Avenue South and Ranney Street for an arrest.

Craig Fire/Rescue

Monday, Feb. 3

1:26 p.m. Fire/Rescue responded to the 300 block of West Fourth Street for a report of a car crash. There were no injuries.
