Tuesday, March 31

Charles Brian Fread Jr., 35, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of criminal mischief and domestic violence.

Wednesday, April 1

Roscoe Lee Lofton, 36, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of possessing schedule I/II substances and for violating bail bonds.

Jacob Thomas Holz, 22, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for an outstanding warrant.

Friday, April 3

James Joseph Credeur, 25, of Dinosaur, was booked into Moffat County Jail for third degree assault.

Tuesday, April 6

Keli Marie Walls, 24, of Burlington, was taken into custody at Moffat County Jail for a warrant.

Friday, April 3

At 1125 W. Sixth St., officers responded to a report of a bicycle theft.

On the 300 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a parking complaint in which a vehicle was blocking the alley.

On the 800 block of Pershing Street, officers responded to a report of a vicious dog. The owners were located and warned.

At 3595 Juniper Place, officers responded to a noise complaint. The noise was turned down.

Saturday, April 4

On the 2400 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of two males fighting. An adult male was later arrested for prohibited use of weapons and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or both.

On the 200 block of Highway 13, officers responded to a fight in progress. Due to the level of intoxication of the parties involved, it could not determined who started the fight; therefore, there were no criminal charges. One adult male was issued a summons for trespass.

At 605 Wickes Ave., officers responded to a report of a loud party. The parties were warned.

Sunday, April 5

At 1175 W. Sixth St., officers responded to a report of a lost cat.

On the 900 block of West Eighth Drive, officers responded to a report of a found dog, which was returned to its owner.

On the 1500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a found firework in the trash, which was a six-inch mortar type class B firework. It was collected for destruction.
