Thomas Wayne Wells, 32, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving with a license under restraint, compulsory insurance, and obstruction of view or driving mechanism.

Friday, March 4

Leah Marie Mulkey, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, tail lamps and reflectors, and obstructing a peace officer.

Christopher Lee Phillips, 27, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, and failing to yield the right of way.
