Tuesday, March 17

Kevin Richard Southard, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order, third degree assault, harassment and domestic violence.

Dakota Faith Curtis, 18, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of illegal possession or consumption of marijuana by an underage person, illegal possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Wednesday, March 18

Leevi Arthur Harms, 23, of Maybell was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving a vehicle while license was under restraint, possession of scheduled I& II drugs, and possession of paraphernalia.

Eleborio Lee Escobar, 47, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

Tuesday, March 17

In the 100 block of W. Victory Way officers responded to a hit and run crash after a male driver called in stating he had hit the vehicle.

In the 600 block of Pershing Street an officer took report of vandalism.

In the 2100 of Crockett Dr. animal control was called on a report of a vicious dog running at large. The owner was issued summons for vicious animal and at large.

In the 900 block of Legion Street officers responded to a call of domestic violence where one male was arrested and booked into Moffat County Jail.

In the 600 block of Barclay officers took a report of runaway juvenile.

In the 1200 block of W. Sixth Street officers arrested one male on four warrants. He was booked into Moffat County Jail.

In the 500 block of Ledford officers responded to a traffic stop where one female was arrested for possession of schedule II drug, possession of paraphernalia. She was booked into Moffat County Jail.

In the 700 block of W. Victory Way officers arrested one male party for DUID and warrants-booked into Moffat County Jail.

Wednesday, March 18

In the 700 block of Tucker Street code enforcement observed large amounts of trash in the driveway off the alley. The property owner was contacted by phone and advised of the violations.

In the 600 Blk Russell Street code enforcement observed an appliance in the yard. A door hanger was left notifying the property owner of the violation.

In the 500 Block of E. Seventh Street code enforcement observed several vehicles without visible plates, including vehicle parts and pieces lying on the property. The person renting the property was contacted and advised of the violations.

In the 800 block of W. Seventh Street officers responded to a possible assault was investigated. No charges were filed.

At 221 West Victory Way an adult male was arrested on three warrants.

In the 600 block of Texas Avenue officers responded to a report of found property.

In the 2400 block of East Victory Way officers responded to a 911 hang-up call, which turned out to be a domestic violence incident. An adult female was arrested for third degree assault and domestic violence.

Friday, March 20

In the 500 block of School Street code enforcement responded to a report of a parking violation. Upon arrival, it was observed the vehicle was parked on the grass in the front yard. A written warning was left for the owner notifying them of the violation.

In the 500 block of Breeze Street officers responded to a report of a damaged window and a lock. The investigation continues.

In the 500 block of Yampa Avenue, while an officer was on foot patrol, a male was observed who the officer believed had a warrant for his arrest. The adult male was arrested on the warrant and also charged with violation of protection order.

In the 1000 block of School Street officers responded to a report of a trespass into a camper. Extra patrols were set up to monitor any activity around the camper.

Saturday, March 21

In the 800 block of Stout Street code enforcement responded to a report of a disabled vehicle. Upon arrival, a vehicle with a missing driver's front wheel was observed. The vehicle had actually carved a line in the pavement with the exposed disc plate. The vehicle was red tagged.

In the 500 block of School Street, while driving, an officer observed a suspicious male sitting on a bench who kept his head down, looking at the ground as he drove by. Upon contact, the juvenile male was arrested on three misdemeanor warrants and one felony statewide extradition for escape warrant.

In the 1200 block of Lincoln Street officers responded to a report of a theft of a 100 gallon propane tank that was cut off and removed from a trailer. The investigation continues.

Sunday, March 22

In the 500 block of Breeze Street officers responded to a report of slashed tires. The investigation continues.

In the 1600 block of Barclay Street officers responded to a two car crash. One vehicle rolled out of its parked position into a parked vehicle. The owner of the vehicle, which rolled, was issued a summons for failed to set parking brake.

In the 200 block of Woodbury Drive officers responded to a report of threatening texts/harassment. The investigation continues.

In the 000 block of West Victory Way officers responded to a report of a stolen mountain bike from the south parking lot. The investigation continues.
