Robert P. Stacey, 18, of Lawrence, Kan., was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Kandra Hope Maddox, 18, of Vernal, Utah, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of speeding, driving with a restrained license and compulsory insurance.

Ashleigh Kailene Watson, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.

Chantel Marie Searle, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.
