At Moffat County High School, school resource officers handled a weapons violation. A student brought a knife to school. The incident is being handled by school administration.

In the 800 block of West First Street, an officer took a report of harassment.

In the 800 block of West First Street, an officer took a report of fraud. The individual reported that someone had been using his or her debit card.

In the 1400 block of Heather Street, an officer took a report of an assault. A man told police that another man had choked him at the bar. He did not want medical assistance but told the police the man who choked him was driving drunk.

In the 500 block of Pershing Street, an officer took a report of a car being keyed.

In the 400 block of Tucker Street, officers were called to a hit-and-run crash. A vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported.

In the 300 block of Stout Street, an officer handled an animal complaint. A woman reported that her neighbor's dog had been chasing her dog and chickens. The owner of the dog was cited for dog at large.

In the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, officers arrested a woman on charges of third-degree assault.

On U.S. Highway 40 at mile marker 93, officer were called to a vehicle crash with no injuries.

At U.S. Highway 40 and Crescent Drive, officers arrested a man on charges of driving under the influence and having an open container of marijuana.

In the 1700 block of East Seventh Street, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person. One man was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a schedule II substance, paraphernalia and unlawfully carrying a concealed knife.

At West Third Street and Riverview, officers arrested a man for allegedly possessing a schedule II substance and drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and not using turn signals.

In the 1100 block of West Victory Way, an officer issued a citation to a juvenile for trespassing at Centennial Mall.

In the 800 block of West First Street, an officer took a report of an assault that occurred Dec. 2.

At City Market, officers issued a juvenile a summons for shoplifting

In the 500 block of Ranney Street, an officer took a report of theft. A juvenile stole a soda and Sandwich from City Market.
