At Yampa Avenue and East Ninth Street, officers arrested a man for driving under the influence and weaving.

In the 900 block of Finley Lane, an officer took a follow up report on an altercation between students at Moffat County High School.



In the 900 block of Finley Lane, one of the Moffat County School Resource officers took a report of the theft of a hoodie and an iPhone from a locker.

At the west Kum & Go, 1302 W. Victory Way, officers took a report of a burglary. One man was arrested on charges of robbery, aggravated robbery, unlawfully carrying a concealed firearm, menacing and violation of bond conditions.



In the 1200 block of West Sixth Street, 500 block of Pershing Street, 600 block of Ranney Street and 000 block of East Fourth Street code enforcement red-tagged a vehicle. The owners of the vehicle were told to move them for the snowplow.
