In the 1300 block of East Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress. A door was open but nothing was found to be missing.

At the Moffat County Public Safety Center, a party reported a theft in the 800 block of West First Street to officers.

At West Victory Way and Ledford Street, officers arrested a man for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and driving with out a license or insurance.

In the 400 block of Hawthorne Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A woman was issued a trespassing warning.

In the 1500 block of Yampa Avenue, officers arrested one woman an outstanding warrant.

At East Victory Way and Colorado Street, officers responded to a vehicle crash where a car slid through a stop sign and struck another vehicle due to icy conditions. No one was injured.

At West Victory way and Finley Lane, officers were called to the scene of a traffic accident. No injuries were reported but one woman was issued a summons for driving too fast for conditions.

At The Memorial Hospital, officers received a report of a kidnapping. There was no kidnapping and it turned out to be an argument between a juvenile female and her parents.

In the 300 block of Birch, officers responded to a vehicle crash with no injuries.

At West Victory Way and Taylor Street, officers were called to a vehicle crash. No one was injured.

In the 900 block of Alta Vista Drive, officers responded to a vehicle crash. No one was injured.

In the 200 block of Woodbury Drive, code enforcement red-tagged a vehicle for snow removal.
