On the north side of Moffat County Library, an officer responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle and arrested a man for driving under the influence.

Justin Howard Johnson, 34, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on charges of distributing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and complicity.

James Carter Odell, 43, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for a parole violation.

Jayson Thomas Throckmorton, 39, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Jordan Paul Stroud, 29, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on a courtesy hold.

Michael Andrew Coleman, 33, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of theft and violating a restraining order.

Stephen Nathaniel Otis, 23, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail for allegedly committing strong-arm robbery and first-degree burglary of a residence. Otis' parole was also violated as a result of the incident.
