In the 1100 block of School Street, officers responded to a report of an assault and possible temporary restraining order violation. On scene, there were visible injuries to the victim and an investigation is ongoing.

In the 400 block of Ranney Street, officers responded to a hit-and-run crash. An unknown vehicle backed into a parking area, striking the window of a business.

In the 1400 block of Heather Street, code enforcement observed a trailer with a snow ridge around it and contacted the owner about the violation and the trailer was red-tagged.

At Sixth Avenue West on private property, officers responded to a crash where a vehicle slid and struck another vehicle due to snowy conditions. A man was issued a summons for careless driving.

In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle traffic accident.

In the 800 block of Steele Street, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was parked in an open door garage. The keys were in the vehicle and it was unlocked. An investigation is underway.

In the 200 block of East Ninth Street, officers responded to a traffic accident. Due to snow and ice on the roadway, a vehicle lost control and struck another vehicle parked along the curb. A man was issued a summons for careless driving.

In the 800 block of West First Street, officers responded to a report of identity theft out of California. The investigation is ongoing.

At Tucker Street and Seventh Street, officers responded to a crash. Due to snow and ice on the roadway, a vehicle was unable to stop at a stop sign and struck another vehicle. A man was issued a summons for running the stop sign.

In the 900 block of West First Street, officers responded to a hit-and-run traffic accident. Witnesses saw a vehicle strike another vehicle, causing damage to the driver's side. An investigation is underway.

At Stock Drive and Haughey Road, officers assisted a driver whose vehicle slid off the road. There was no damage and no injury.

In the 500 block of East Seventh Street, code enforcement responded to a report of unregistered vehicles. The property owner was contacted and warned about the violation.

In the 800 block of Breeze Street, officers responded to a report of a possible temporary restraining order violation. A female juvenile was issued a summons for having alcohol underage.

In the 500 block of First Avenue West, officers responded to a report of trespassing. A woman who had been previously evicted from the property was issued a trespass notice.

At Yampa Avenue and Victory Way, officers responded to a suspicious incident involving a vehicle with out of state license plates that had not moved through the intersection when the traffic light cycled to green on two occasions. A man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under restraint and impeding traffic flow.

In the 500 block of School Street, officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in process. During the incident, a 2-year-old child was present. A woman was arrested for third-degree assault, obstruction of telephone service and child abuse.

In the 1400 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a report of theft in which a male had stolen a purse from a vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

In the 2400 block of West Victory Way, officers arrested a woman on a warrant after a traffic stop.

In the 500 block of East Victory Way, officers conducted a follow-up investigation on a domestic dispute.

In the 500 block of Rose Street, officers responded to a report of a disturbance and gave a verbal trespassing warning to a man and woman who got into an argument at their friends' home.

In the 500 block of Breeze Street, officers took a report of a hit-and-run crash.

At Victory Way and Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.

In the 500 and 700 blocks of Tucker Street, 800 block of Russell Street and 300 block of Lincoln Street, code enforcement red-tagged vehicles for snow removal.
