In the 2000 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident. A vehicle passing a snowplow lost traction due to icy road condition and fishtailed, hitting the snowplow. There was no damage to the snowplow, but extensive damage to the vehicle. No summons was issued, and no one was injured.

In the 1300 block of East Victory Way, officers responded to a report of domestic violence. A man was arrested for harassment/domestic violence.

In the 1000 block of Moffat County Road 7, officers assisted the Moffat County Sheriff's Office with a K9 search of a vehicle.

At 300 Apple Street and West Third Street, officers responded to a traffic accident. A vehicle backing out of a driveway failed to observe a vehicle driving southbound on Apple Street. A man was issued a summons for improper backing in a parking area.

At School Street and West Victory Way, officers responded to a traffic accident. A driver lost control of their vehicle and struck a pole due to worn out tires and icy road conditions. The pole and vehicle were both damaged and one man was issued a summons for driving an unsafe vehicle.

In the 600 block of Russell Street, officers responded to a report of a suspicious male entering a residence while the resident and others were at home. The man entered and asked for the cable box and a promise ring back but left the home empty handed. An investigation is underway.

In the 000 block of East Victory Way, officers responded to a report of an iPhone 6 being stolen from a vehicle. Using the phone's tracking feature, officers where able to find fresh footprints in the snow that led to the thief. An adult male was arrested on several charges including theft, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, first-degree criminal trespassing, criminal possession of a financial device and violation of a mandatory protection order.

At First Street and Mack Lane, officers responded to a report of an accident. A vehicle slid across the intersection and hit the curb causing damage to the driver's side front tire after trying to avoid a deer. The man driving was issued a summers for operating an uninsured vehicle.

In the 500 block of West Victory Way, officers responded to a hit-and-run traffic accident. The investigation is ongoing.

In the 1400 block of East Victory Way, officers responded to a cold hit-and-run traffic accident. The investigation is ongoing.

In the 500 block of School Street, officers took a report of domestic violence.

In the 1600 block of Yampa Avenue, officers responded to a report of an accident. No injuries were reported.

In the 900 block of Finley Lane, an officer took a report of a cold disturbance. Two students at Moffat County High School were shoving each other and one of their mothers called the police.

In the 500 block of Ranney Street, an officer responded to a vehicle crash with no injuries.

In the 600 block of Wickes Avenue, a man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Omar Javier Pizano, 19, of Craig, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of harassment, domestic violence and second-degree criminal trespassing.
