William Clive Ellifritz, 20, of Steamboat Springs, was booked into Moffat County Jail on suspicion of aggravated motor vehicle theft, theft and sale of a vehicle, eluding or attempting to elude a police officer, obstructing a peace officer, second-degree criminal trespassing, driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a restraining order.

Nicole Marie Roberts, 33, of Dinosaur, was booked into Moffat County Jail for failure to appear, driving a vehicle with a suspended license and operating an off-highway vehicle on a prohibited roadway.
