MCHS girls varsity basketball falls, 52-44, to Montbello
December 9, 2009
Coach Craig Mortensen knows he has the players to win.
Getting the same level of performance every night will be the trick this year.
The Moffat County High School girls varsity basketball team played Montbello High School on Tuesday at the Grandview Tournament in Aurora and fell, 52-44.
"We've seen a lot of good things," Mortensen said. "But, we need to be more consistent."
Mortensen said turnovers plagued the Bulldogs, limiting their opportunities to score.
Against a team like Montbello, the turnovers added up.
