Police responded a report that the car wash at 470 4th Ave. West damaged the hood of a car. The car wash was sealed off until the owner could be located.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at 635 Wicks Ave., where a male had punched a window and cut his hand.
Police responded to 111 West Victory Way where a powder substance was put in movie drop box. The substance made everyone cough. Ambulance personnel also responded.
Police responded to 829 East Victory Way where a male subject took the bubble brush from the car wash bay.

Police responded to a report of an escape from CAPS, 445 North Ranney St. Lynn Retke, 37, didn’t attend an AA meeting. All units notified.

Kieth Dunaway, 33, was warned for dumping some of his load on road, and for having no tail lights on his trailer.
Maime Swanson, 31, was warned for rolling stop at the intersection of 6th and Ranney streets.
Police assisted the ambulance crew at 645 Wicks Ave., for a 32-year-old male who suffered a diabetic seizure.
