Yolanda Palacios, a.k.a. Yolanda Clark, was issued a citation for fighting and trespassing.

Daniel Gill, 19, was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and paraphrenalia.

A white, 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity was stolen from the 700 block of Riford Road. The vehicle was found and returned to the owner.

Freeda Overton, 36, was issued a citation for trespassing.

Incidents reported for May 18

A car was stolen from the 1200 block of Taylor Street. The vehicle was found and returned to its owner.

A tan, 1986 Buick was stolen from the 400 block of Hawthorne Street. The vehicle was found and returned to its owner.

Robert K. Gillam, 29, was issued a citation for turning from the wrong lane.

A burglary was reported at an apartment in the complex at the 700 block of Tucker Street.

Amanda Bracket, 27, was arrested on charges of third-degree assault.

Brandon J. Cramer, 18, was issued a citation for speeding.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at the 800 block of Stout Street, where an 87-year old female had broken her leg.

Police assisted the ambulance crew at the 500 block of W. Victory Way, where a 44-year-old female was suffering chest pains.

Roger Younger, 42, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

David Breen was arrested on charges of criminal attempt and prohibited use of weapons.

Rick Stover, 18, was issued a citation for harassment.
