Incidents reporters for Nov. 9.

A gas skip was reported by Mini Mart at 1:56 a.m. The vehicle went to the Travel Lodge motel and money was collected from the individual and returned to Mini Mart.
Part of an elk was reported stolen from 403 Taylor St.
A hit-and-run involving a blue Ford truck with tan stripe with an elk in the back was reported at 10:58 a.m. on 895 N. Yampa Ave. Police checked the area.
John Forquer, 19, was issued a warning for a rolling stop at the intersection of 9th Street and Finley Lane.
Kurtis Fisher, 17, was issued a warning for a tail light out.
