During the cold months, it's difficult to get all the exercise you need, but there is a game where people of all ages can get moving. And, in this sport, you don't want to be standing around alone.

Ryan Dennison, recreation supervisor for Parks and Rec, said he was interested in assembling an activity for teens and adults that would let them stay active with the gym class staple as well as utilize some other important skills as a "great opportunity to meet new people or enjoy the game with family, friends and coworkers."

"It builds team work, trying to strategize to win the game, it's a great way to stay active and if nothing else is a great stress reliever," he said. "There is usually a lot of laughing and enjoyment that is had by participating in dodgeball."

The deadline to register a team for this is Wednesday.
