— Review and sign the following documents: approve minutes from Oct. 11 and 18; contract with Hays Companies for health and welfare broker services; COBRA combo cashier agreement for Moffat County Jail; engineering services contract for Maybell Sanitation; resolution for temporary closure of Moffat County Road 93

• 8:45 to 9 a.m. General discussion

— Request snow removed from County properties to be dumped at Wyman’s Museum

— Present contract with APH Construction for replacement of Pavilion entrance doors

• 10:30 to 10:45 a.m. Discussion with Melody Villard, of the Moffat County Tourism Association

— Request waiving the bid process for Phase II of marketing plan

• 10:45 to 11 a.m. Discussion with Jeremy Snow, Moffat County Attorney

— Present contract with Colorado State Patrol for Public Safety Center lease for signature
