Fitness Tip: Fitness resolution solution

It's that time of year again when many of you are setting New Year's resolutions for improving your health and wellness. Here is a quick review on some essential components to consider in developing a successful program. First, it is always a good idea to check with your medical provider prior to engaging in exercise to make sure you are healthy enough to do so. Second, set your goals, making them realistic, measurable and achievable. Third, recruit an exercise partner or two with similar goals — this will improve compliance. Finally, pick activities that you enjoy. Using these hints will help you be more successful in sticking with your plan!
