First National Bank of the Rockies accepts Danner to Board of Directors

Peter Y. Waller, CEO of First National Bank of the Rockies, announced that Ronald J. Danner, O.D., has joined the bank’s Board of Directors. Owner of Northwest Eyecare Centers since 1996, Danner has private practice offices in Craig, Steamboat Springs and Meeker. He is a medical staff member at The Memorial Hospital in Craig and Pioneer Hospital in Meeker.
A native of Iowa, Danner attended the University of North Dakota and moved to Chicago in 1968 to complete his O.D. Degree at the Illinois College of Optometry. In 1972, he moved to Fort Collins to begin practicing optometry, then moved to Craig in 1974. Danner is a member of numerous optometric associations and is on the Board of Trustees at The Memorial Hospital. Previously he was involved with the Moffat County United Way Board and the Moffat County Parks and Recreation Board. A past member of the Eyecare delegation to Romanian orphanages, Danner currently participates in Eyecare Specialties.
