Female harassing female: On the Record for May 17

6:39 a.m. At East Sixth Street and Tucker Street, officers initiated a traffic stop when they recognized a driver whose license was suspended. The 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of schedule I/II drugs, tampering with physical evidence, driving under restraint, lack of insurance, violation of bail bond conditions and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tests returned positive for methamphetamines.
11:35 a.m. At O'Reilly Auto Parts, officers responded to a drug incident. An employee was taking the trash out and found a syringe inside. Officers disposed of it.
1:37 p.m. On the 400 block of Elmwood Street, officers responded to a report of fraud. The caller thought her number was being used to scam other people. Officers gave her advice.
3:31 p.m. On the 300 block of East Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of harassment from her husband's ex-wife. She stated her husband had a protection order against his ex-wife and his ex-wife's current husband. Officers are investigating a possible protection order violation.
4:40 p.m. On the 900 block of Legion Street, officers responded to a report of fraud. The caller had hired a Craig man to do some concrete work and paid him up front, but the man took his money and didn't pay the concrete company. As a result, the concrete company filed a lien on his property.
4:47 p.m. On the 1200 block of Legion Street, officers responded to a report of harassment. The caller had received five scam calls from someone claiming to be the IRS and saying they were going to sue her.
6:48 p.m. On the 1600 block of North Yampa Ave., officers responded to a drug incident. A landlord evicted some tenants and was beginning to remove their property when she discovered drug paraphernalia. Officers gathered a syringe, spoon and prescription pills and booked them for destruction.
7:07 p.m. On the 1200 block of West Sixth Street, officers responded to a report of a threat. A female was harassing and threatening to beat up another female and was calling her names.
9:33 p.m. On the 500 block of Ledford Street, officers responded to a report of a verbal disturbance involving mental heath issues.
9:47 p.m. On Baker Drive, officers responded to a report of a domestic assault. A 22-year-old female was physically assaulted after she became involved in a heated discussion with her boyfriend over trust issues in their relationship. He left the scene before officers arrived and officers have not yet been able to locate him.
10:39 p.m. At the trailer park on the 400 block of East Fourth Street, officers responded to a disturbance. Neighbors were revving their engines, talking loudly and sounded like they were fighting. The man who was making most of the noise and yelling then drove off in a white truck.
11:36 p.m. At the trailer park on the 400 block of East Fourth Street, officers responded to another report of a disturbance. The caller claimed a man had stolen some of her stuff. Officers determined it was verbal only and found no evidence of a crime.
