10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Northwest Colorado Chapter of Parrotheads hosts Art 'n the Park'n Lot in the lot between J.W. Snack's and Mountain West Insurance on East Victory Way.
10 a.m. The Moffat County High School boys junior varsity football team plays John F. Kennedy High School at MCHS, 900 Finley Lane.
Noon. The Craig Lions Club hosts the third annual fundraising Ducky Race at Loudy-Simpson Park. Call 824-5814.
1 p.m. The Moffat County High School boys varsity soccer team plays Eagle Valley High School at Loudy-Simpson Park, 500 S. Ranney St.
5 p.m. The student government at Colorado Northwestern Community College's Craig campus hosts a fundraising chili cook-off in room 202 at CNCC, 50 College Dr. The cost is $15 to enter chili and taste others' chili or $7 to sample contestant's chili.
7 p.m. Lodore Hall in Browns Park hosts a fall dance. The event will include country music, cakewalks, a quilt auction and door prizes. Admission is free. Call Mara Molloy at 269-3000. Doors open at 5 p.m.

1 to 4 p.m. Happy Hands Crochet Club meets at the south back building at 655 Ranney St. There is no club cost, and anyone who is interested in learning to crochet may attend. Call Mary Walters at 824-2923.
4 p.m. The God Delusion/Reason for God discussion group meets at McDonald's. The group discusses topics on both sides of faith.
