10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association/Aging Well Program's aquatics class takes place at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 377 Cedar Court. The cost is $32 for an eight-week session or $6 for drop-ins. Call Johanna at 871-7676.
