1:30 p.m. Preserving the Last Frontier has monthly meeting in the library on the second floor at Sunset Meadows I, 633 Ledford St. Take items for "show and tell." Call 824-6761.

3 to 5 p.m. Circle Drumming and Spiritual Formation is at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 630 Green St. Call 824-6836.

5:45 p.m. American Legion Post 62 hosts bingo at the Elks Lodge, 43 W. Victory Way. Doors open at 4:30 p.m.

6 to 11 p.m. The Hayden Lions Club hosts a community potluck and barn dance at Hayden Granary/Yampa Valley Feeds, 198 E. Lincoln Ave., Hayden. The John Wayne Band will perform. Admission is $10 and benefits the Lions Club.

7 p.m. Stock car races take place at Thunder Ridge Motor Sports Park, located south of Craig. Registration starts at $25 and general admission is $10.

8 p.m. An open meeting of Craig Group One Alcoholics Anonymous takes place at First Congregational Church, 630 Green St. Call Bud at 824-1793.

6:30 to 8:15 p.m. "Pulse," a New Creation Church youth group, meets at the church, 520 Westridge Road. Ages 11 to 18 are welcome.
