Today is the deadline to register for Craig Parks and Recreation’s spring co-ed volleyball league. Competitive teams will play on Monday nights and semi-competitive teams will play Tuesday or Thursday nights. The cost is $125 per team and $10 for each player. Call 824-2004.

9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Aging Well Program sponsors Wellness Wednesdays for adults ages 50 and older at American Legion Post 62, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Options include art, writing and exercise classes. Lunch is served at each week’s lunchtime presentation. Call 871-7676.

3:30 p.m. An Arthritis Foundation Aquatics class takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. The program is for adults ages 50 and older. Call the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association at 871-7676.

8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Senior swimnastics takes place at the American Legion Post 62 pool, 1055 Moffat County Road 7. Call 824-3625.

9:30 a.m. The Craig Book Club meets at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 657 Green St. Club member Bonnie Thompson will review Elizabeth Kostova’s “The Swan Thieves.” Susie Begam-Violette is the hostess. Call 824-1956.



10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Story-time takes place at the Craig branch of the Moffat County Libraries, 570 Green St. Families can enjoy guest speakers, skits, activities and songs. Call 824-5116.

11:30 a.m. The Craig Chamber of Commerce Board meets in the Chamber’s conference room, 360 E. Victory Way. Call 824-5689.

4 to 6 p.m. A free hot lunch is served at St. Michael Catholic Church, 678 School St. The church is looking for volunteers to help set up and cook and drivers to help deliver meals. Call 824-5330.

5:05 p.m. Yampa Valley Partners and TLC Carpet One host the 5:05 Drinks Program at the Golden Cavvy Restaurant, 538 Yampa Ave. Jim Chappell, of Yampa Valley Electric Association, presents from 5:30 to 6 p.m. about energy efficiency. The program is free. Call Kate Nowak at 824-1133.

6:30 to 9 p.m. The Craig/Moffat Economic Development Partnership offers a free class for entrepreneurs hoping to start a small business titled “First steps — How to start a business 101” in the second-floor conference room at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W.
