Craig sports briefs: Craig Youth Hockey selling Avalanche tickets

Craig Youth Hockey Association is selling discounted tickets for the Feb. 12 Colorado Avalanche game against the Phoenix Coyotes.

The tickets are valued at $58, but Craig Youth Hockey is offering them at a discounted price of $35.

For each ticket sold, Craig Youth Hockey will receive $15 back for the hockey program.

Water aerobics classes Tuesdays, Thursdays



Registration is open for Craig Parks and Recreation water aerobics classes.

Classes are from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Moffat County High School, 900 Finley Lane.

Classes will begin Jan. 5 and continue through Feb. 25.

The fee is $3 per class or $40 for the entire session.

Youth basketball starts Feb. 15, register now

Registration is open for Craig Parks and Recreation junior youth basketball.

The program is for both boys and girls in kindergarten through second grade.

The season begins the week of Feb. 15 and ends April 15.

The deadline to register is Jan. 13, and the cost is $30.
